Terms & Conditions

1. 1. This campaign is open to Malaysian citizens aged 17 years old and above.
   2. Participants who spend a minimum of RM200 in a maximum of two (2) same-day receipts at TWS (The Waterfront Shoppes) will be entitled to one (1) lucky draw entry.
   3. Participants may participate multiple times throughout the Campaign Period, provided that each entry fulfils the minimum spend requirement and all other Terms & Conditions.
   4. Upon successful verification of the eligible receipt(s), participants will receive one (1) Serial Number Card corresponding to their lucky draw entry. The serial number stated on the card will be used to identify the lucky draw winner(s).
   5. Participants are required to keep the original eligible receipt(s) and Serial Number Card safely until the lucky draw winner(s) have been announced. The original receipt(s) and Serial Number Card are required for verification when claiming the prize.
   6. For physical receipts, participants are required to present the original receipt(s) for verification at the designated redemption counter at The Waterfront Shoppes on the same day of purchase.
   7. For e-receipts, participants are required to submit the e-receipt through the designated e-form on the same day of purchase. Participants are also required to provide the requested personal information through the e-form for the administration of the lucky draw.
   8. The receipts are valid for one (1) lucky draw entry only and may not be reused for subsequent entries. Receipts that have been stamped or marked “Redeemed” are strictly not eligible for repeat redemption.
   9. All purchases must be completed and paid for during the Campaign Period. Receipts relating to refunded, cancelled or voided transactions will not be eligible.
   10. Photocopies, duplicate receipts, screenshots or altered receipts will not be accepted. For e-receipts, the submitted copy must be valid and verifiable.
   11. Only original purchases made at The Waterfront Shoppes tenants within The Waterfront Shoppes are eligible. Purchases paid using valid vouchers are also accepted. Roadshows including property, automobile, festive events, bill payments, top-up/reload cards, gift cards, money changers, banks and other financial or service transactions are not eligible.
   12. The Waterfront Shoppes staff, management, participating tenants and their employees, vendors, contractors and third parties directly involved in the campaign are strictly prohibited from participating.
   13. The announcement of the winner announcement date will be announced through The Waterfront Shoppes’ official social media channels and/or other official communication channels.
   14. Winners must present the original Serial Number Card, original eligible receipt(s) and valid identification for verification when claiming the prize.
   15. In the event that a winner is unable to provide the required documents or information for verification, the Management reserves the right to disqualify the entry and select another winner.
   16. Winners must claim their prizes within [30 days] from the date of the winner announcement. Any prize not claimed within the stipulated period may be forfeited, and the Management reserves the right to conduct a redraw or make alternative arrangements at its discretion.
   17. Lost, damaged or illegible Serial Number Cards will not be replaced. The Management shall not be responsible for any lost, damaged or misplaced Serial Number Card.
   18. The lucky draw prizes are strictly non-resaleable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
   19. If any prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever, the Management reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equivalent value without prior notice.
   20. The Management reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or is suspected to be fraudulent, duplicated, altered or otherwise invalid.
   21. By participating in this campaign and submitting the required information through the designated e-form, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal information by The Waterfront Shoppes for purposes related to the administration of this campaign, including receipt verification, lucky draw entry, winner notification and prize fulfilment. All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and The Waterfront Shoppes’ applicable privacy policy.
   22. The Management reserves the right to add, amend, delete or withdraw any of the above Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
   23. Information is correct at the time of printing and is subject to change without prior notice.
   24. By participating in this campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decision of the Management, which shall be final.
